Our office is open to serve you.  Monday 9:00 am. - 7:00 pm., Tuesday 9:00 am. - 6:00 pm., Wednesday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm, Thursday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm., Friday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Closed Saturdays and Sundays.  Appointments with Dr. Benedict are Monday 12:00-7:00 pm., Tuesday 10 am. - 6:00 pm., Thursday 10:00 am. - 7:00 pm, and Friday 9:00 am. - 1:00 pm.

Dr. Dennis H. Benedict graduated from Ferris State University, College of Optometry in Big Rapids, Michigan in 1981.  He started private solo practice in Jackson, Michigan in October 1982.  Dr. Benedict has continued to specialize in Custom Vision Correction and Custom Made Contact Lenses. 

Our receptionist Pam, will answer your phone calls and greet you as you enter our office.  Pam will prepare your vision records on the computer and assist you with receipts and additional appointments.

Nancy is an Optometric Technician.  She will greet you and inquire about your medical and visual history.  Nancy  will administer computer vision testing, color vision testing, blood pressure and other standard tests.

Cindy is our frame consultant.  She will assist you in choosing a frame that meets your physical and economic needs.  Cindy will write up your glasses order after explaining the options for your lenses.  When your glasses are ready to pick up, she will call you and custom adjust your frames for maximum comfort.

Eddye is our insurance consultant and account receivable manager.  She will answer your special insurance questions and help with billing problems.
